About PlayMemorize GeoFrame
GeoFrame brings the authentic visual thrill of street-level geographic exploration directly into your browser. In each round, you explore an interactive 360-degree panorama of a location across the globe. Look around at street signs, architecture, flora, road markings, and the sun to deduce where on Earth you are.
Two complementary exploration modes. In World Explorer mode, study global streets, cities, and rural highways across six continents. In Iconic Landmarks mode, pinpoint ancient wonders, architectural masterpieces, and cultural monuments.
Authentic 5-round game loop. Each game consists of five distinct rounds. Pan and zoom the world map, drop your pin, and press GUESS to measure your accuracy. Pinpoint accuracy within 25 kilometres awards the maximum 5,000 points. Achieve up to 25,000 points to earn the Master Cartographer rank.
Free and open forever. Built with open-access photographic archives and public-domain geographic datasets. Works smoothly on desktop and mobile as an offline Progressive Web App.

What is GeoFrame?

How does scoring work?
Each round awards up to 5,000 points with an exponential distance formula. A guess within 25 kilometres awards a perfect 5,000 points. Five rounds form a complete 25,000-point game. -
How do I look around in the scene?
Click and drag with your mouse, or swipe on touch screens, to look around in a full 360-degree sphere. You can also zoom in and out with the buttons or mouse wheel, and read your compass heading. -
Can I switch between landmarks and street views?
Yes. Use the tabs at the top to toggle between World Explorer and Iconic Landmarks at any time. -
Is GeoFrame completely free?
Yes. GeoFrame uses public-domain open imagery and free map tools, with zero subscription fees and no paid third-party API walls. -
