How do I pick the right connector?

Name the relationship before looking at the options. If the second sentence is a consequence, you need the cause family (therefore, as a result); if it pushes back, contrast (however); if it adds evidence, addition (moreover). The wrong options are from other families, so the relationship decides everything.
