What does Meditate train?

Meditate trains sustained attention and time perception · staying present through a slow tone sequence and sensing which silence between tones lasted longest.

How do I play Meditate?

Press Begin and simply listen while soft piano tones play with quiet pauses between them. One pause runs long · when the sequence ends, say which one it was.

Do I need to count the seconds?

No · counting works against the spirit of the game and the pauses are gently jittered anyway. Staying calmly present is enough to feel which silence stretched.

Can I play Meditate without sound?

Yes. The breathing circle glows once for every tone, in the same rhythm, so the pauses are visible as well as audible.
