Portal Hop
Coloca dos portales enlazados en las paredes y lanza la bola · vuela recta, salta por tus portales y debe dar en el blanco
About PlayMemorize Portal Hop
Portal Hop is a spatial planning puzzle inspired by the "think with portals" moment. A ball sits on a small grid with a fixed launch direction. Before you launch, you place one pair of linked portals on wall faces · tap a wall for portal A, another for portal B, tap a placed portal to remove it. The ball flies in a straight line, enters a portal, and exits from the other one, out of the wall it sits on. Reach the target and you win the round; build a streak by solving board after board.
Plan, then pick your moment. You simulate the flight in your head, work out where the ball will die, and bend its path with exactly one wormhole. A drone walks its own route across the board. The beat you press Launch on is part of the answer. The same portal pair can win on one beat and fail on the next. Every puzzle is machine-checked at generation time · the game enumerates every possible portal placement and proves at least one of them wins before it ever shows you the board.
Gets harder as you go. Easy boards accept portals on any wall and have many winning placements. Higher difficulties restrict portals to solid surfaces (the outer border and obstacle faces, straight from Portal 2's white-wall rule) and shrink the number of solutions until it is nearly unique. At the top tier the puzzle needs two launches: the first flight must come to rest on a pad, then you re-place both portals and launch again.

FAQ
-
How do I play Portal Hop?
Tap a wall to place portal A, tap another for portal B, then press Launch. The ball flies in a straight line; when it enters one portal it exits from the other, out of the wall the portal sits on. Cross the target cell to win. -
Which way does the ball exit a portal?
Always straight out of the wall the exit portal is placed on, into that portal’s cell. The exit direction never depends on how the ball entered, which keeps the flight easy to predict in your head. -
Is every puzzle actually solvable?
Yes, provably. At generation time the game simulates every legal portal-pair placement on the board and only ships puzzles where at least one placement reaches the target · the exact number of winning placements is what sets the difficulty. -
What are the pads and the two-launch puzzles?
At the hardest tier a puzzle needs two launches: the first flight must come to rest on a pad cell, then you re-place both portals and launch again. Finishing within par is the win. -
What is the drone?
A drone walks a fixed route across the board while you place the portals. The run ends if the drone stands on the cell the ball reaches. Read its route. Then press Launch on a beat that keeps the ball clear. -
What does Portal Hop train?
Mental simulation and spatial planning · you predict a full trajectory, including a teleport, before committing. It is the classic “think ahead” planning skill, one small board at a time. -
Can MemPi help me study and practice this game?
Yes! Click MemPi in the header or on the game board to summon him. He observes the board, thinks out loud, and can demonstrate moves or guide you through tricky steps.
