PlayMemorize Odd One Out is a free classification and abstract reasoning game. You see a group of items and must identify the one that does not belong. Categories include numbers, emojis, shapes, and math expressions.
Diverse puzzle types. Numeric puzzles test knowledge of primes, squares, cubes, Fibonacci numbers, and divisibility. Emoji puzzles group items by concept · fruits, mammals, celestial objects, musical instruments. Math expression puzzles require mental arithmetic.
Learn as you play. After each answer, the game explains the rule (e.g. "All others are prime numbers" or "All others are fruits"). Every wrong answer is a learning opportunity.
Part of the PlayMemorize family of free memory and brain training games.
Q: What types of puzzles are there?
Four types: numeric (primes, squares, cubes, even/odd, Fibonacci), emoji categories (fruits, animals, instruments, flags), shape puzzles (color, shape, size), and math expressions (sums, products, differences).
Q: Is Odd One Out free?
Yes, completely free. No account needed. High scores are saved locally.
Q: How does difficulty increase?
Early rounds show 4 items from easy emoji or shape categories. As your streak grows, items increase to 5 then 6, and harder categories (math expressions, number theory) appear more often.
Q: Does it explain why an item is the odd one out?
Yes. After every answer, the game reveals the classification rule, such as "All others are multiples of 6" or "All others are fruits".
