What is Spatial Reasoning?

A multi-mode spatial intelligence trainer. Each round asks you to mentally transform a shape · by rotating it, folding a flat net into a 3D solid, or tracing the shadow a block stack casts in a given light direction.

What are the three modes?

Rotation (find the rotated match, not the mirror), Nets (match a 2D unfolded net to the 3D solid it folds into), and Shadows (given a block stack and light direction, pick the correct 2D shadow).

How is this different from the existing Spatial game?

The existing Spatial game focuses on mental rotation of polyomino shapes. Spatial Reasoning adds two additional sub-skills · net-folding and shadow projection · in one place, covering a broader range of spatial cognition.

Can spatial reasoning be trained?

Yes. Research consistently shows that short, regular spatial training improves performance on rotation, net-folding, and related tasks. The improvement transfers to real-world tasks that require reasoning about 3D space.
